Description of Subjects/Issues |
Removing language that prohibits government fleet vehicles from being clean screened from vehicle emissions; and four housekeeping revisions to clarify and/or delete obsolete provisions to the regulation. |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To consider 1) removing the prohibition on roadside emissions clean screening of government owned vehicles, 2) revising the language for criteria to issue an economic hardship waiver for a vehicle that cannot pass emissions, 3) adding clarifying language that clearly designates the North Front Range I/M Program as a State-Only program and that it is not part of the federal State Implementation Plan, 4) removing repealed and obsolete provisions, and 5) replacing wording that was inadvertently deleted at some point in the past regarding pass/fail criteria for older vehicles. |
