ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COLLECTIONS ADMINISTRATIVE RULE
(Effective January 1, 1997)
Purpose
The purpose of this Accounts Receivable Collection Rule is to establish policies and procedures for the collection of debts due state agencies.

Reason for Proposed Changes
SB11-051 - Concerning an intercept of a person’s winnings for the purpose of paying an unpaid debt due to the state.
This bill was passed last year and requires changes to the Administrative Rule to account for additional processes and procedures to implement the legislation. |
