Require licensed acute care or long-term nursing care facilities to ensure that healthcare personnel are vaccinated annually against influenza or wear a mask during flu season. And they must have a procedure to maintain documentation and submit yearly vaccination reports or medical exemption of its employees and volunteers. All other licensed healthcare entities must perform an assessment of their healthcare workers and clientele, adopt a policy regarding the vaccination or masking of employee |
