| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider a proposal by the Division to revise Regulation Number 6, Part A (NSPS) to incorporate by reference changes the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency made to its New Source Performance Standards rules and Emission Guidelines in 40 CFR Part 60. All of the proposed revisions are specific to existing NSPS and Emission Guidelines. Further, these revisions will include any typographical, grammatical and formatting errors throughout the regulation. |
