| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To make all Board Rules pertaining to licensure consistent with statutory authority and requirements provided in sections 12-35-117, 12-35-117.5, 12-35-119, 12-35-120, 12-35-121, 12-35-122, 12-35-123, 12-35-126, and 12-35-127, C.R.S., to condense them from 6 rules to 2, reorder 2 rules, and renumber the remaining rules. Also, to engage in rulemaking pursuant to C.R.S. 24-34-102(8.5). |
