Rules 10, 11,12, 15, 17 and 23 of the Colorado POST Maunal |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Proposed Rules 10, 11, 12, 15, 17 and 23, were heard during the rule making hearing. These amendments regard police officer authority, testing procedures and qualifications of instructors in the academies. All proposed rule recommendations were heard by the P.O.S.T. Board on September 23, 2011 and will become effective in accordance with § 24-4-103, C.R.S. All other existing P.O.S.T. rules not proposed for changes, addition, or deletion continue to be recognized and enforced in their existing form. |
