Commission rules have not been updated in 20 years. This rule update will correct statutory references and update the rule to reflect current Commission practices. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Transportation Commission operates under the rules contained in 2 CCR 601-11. The Commission’s rules were last updated in 1991, the year the Highway Commission and Highway Department became the Transportation Commission and Transportation Department. The rules are out of date and contain incorrect statutory references and other errors and omissions. |
