| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the adoption and revision of these rules is to comply with state law, specifically House Bill 09-1136, and for the general clarification, cleanup, and efficient management of the State Electrical Board, and for the safeguard of the general public. The State Electrical Board held a Rulemaking Hearing on July 25, 2011, to revise Rule 8.1 Enforcement and Rule 9.7(m)regarding Continuing Competency Requirements - specifically exemptions. |
