This amendment revises paragraph (a) of Section 6.04 of the Colorado Hazardous Waste Regulations (6 CCR 1007-3) to reflect the annual Commission fee to be assessed for fiscal year 2011-2012. This amendment does not change the amount of the annual Commission fees, but simply changes the rule to reflect the 2011-2012 fiscal year. |
