| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Section 1 (Rules for Reimbursements from the Processors and End Users Fund) is being added to the newly created 6 CCR 1007-2, Part 4 (Regulations Pertaining to the Waste Tire Processor and End User Reimbursement Program) |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these new regulations is to update, modify and codify the guidelines followed for administering the Processors and End Users Fund (“Fund”). House Bill 10-1018 amended section 25-17-202, C.R.S. and transferred responsibility for administering this waste tire reimbursement fund from the Department of Local Affairs (“DOLA”) to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (“Department”). The Division of Environmental Health and Sustainability (“Division”) within the Department now administers this waste tire reimbursement fund. |
