| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To hold a public rulemaking hearing to adopt the revised Building Excellent Schools Today (BEST) Grant Rules. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
22-43.7-106(2)(i)(l) including subsections (A)(B) and (C). To promulgate such rules, in accordance with Article 4 of Title 24 C.R.S. as are necessary and proper for the administration of HB08-1335, including but not limited to: Conflict of interest rules for Board members; Rules establishing evaluation criteria for matching moneys requirement waiver or reduction applications submitted to the Board pursuant to 22-43.7-109(10) C.R.S.; and rules establishing the means by which public school facilities and projects financed in whole or in part with financial assistance provided pursuant to HB08-1335. |
