| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed rules incorporate statutory changes from Title 25, Article 11, CRS (the Colorado Radiation Control Act), which occurred in 2002, 2003, and 2010. Corrections to minor typographical and formatting errors. The proposed changes to Part 1 include the addition of several definitions from the Radiation Control Act. Language was also added to Part 1 to clarify as well as exclude certain materials from the definition of ?Naturally OccurringRadioactive Material ", consistent with the statute. |
