Amendments to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Oil and Public Safety, Boiler and Pressure Vessel Regulations, 7 C.C.R. 1101-5, adopted December 1, 2008.
Amendments to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Oil and Public Safety, Boiler and Pressure Vessel Regulations, 7 C.C.R. 1101-5, are being made to adjust the fee structure to reduce fees, and through fee reductions ensure that the balance in the boiler inspection fund does not exceed the amount necessary to administer the program. |
