| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Repealed Rule 27 governed the procedures for filing exceptions and for Board review of initial decisions, pursuant to sections 24-4-105(14) and (15), C.R.S. The basis and purpose of the repeal is to permit the Board to issue detailed procedural orders governing the filing of exceptions and review of initial decisions. The statutory authority for the repeal is found in section 12-33-107(1)(a), C.R.S. |
