To consider correction of twelve numerical values in the Phase-in Emission Limit tables set forth in Sections III.C and III.D of Regulation Number 11, Part F (5 CCR 1001-13). |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To consider correction of twelve numerical values in the Phase-in Emission Limit tables set forth in Sections III.C and III.D of Regulation Number 11, Part F (5 CCR 1001-13). The AQCC adopted the phase-in emission limits during a March 18, 2010 rulemaking hearing. These phase-in emission limits were intended to mirror the emission limits applicable in the Automobile Inspection and Readjustment (AIR) program prior to 2008. Due to clerical error, 12 of the 108 phase-in emission limits were incorrect. During the rulemaking hearing the AQCC will consider a proposal to correct the twelve incorrect phase-in emission limits so that they match the values applicable in the AIR program prior to 2008. |
