| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider proposed revisions to Regulation Number 3, Part D & F, Regulation Number 7, and the Colorado Regional Haze State Implementation Plan. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To consider making federally enforceable the previously adopted provisions of Regulation Number 7 Section I & XVII.E.3.a for rich burn Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines by including these provisions in the State Implementation Plan for Regional Haze and consider minor administrative clarifications to maintain consistency with other sections of the regulation. |
