BASIS AND PURPOSE FOR RULE 24
The purpose of amendments to Rule 24 is to establish the methods for determining tax revenues attributable to limited gaming and to define ?gaming revenues? when determining the proportion of ?gaming revenues? generated in the gaming communities and counties.
