| Description of Subjects/Issues |
These rules are adopted to specify the procedures for obtaining and maintaining Medication Aide Authority and for clarifying the role and responsibility of the Certified Nurse Aide with Medication Aide Authority (CNA-Med). The medication administration responsibilities of a CNA-Med should be within the parameters of their educational preparation and their demonstrated abilities.
