Amendments are proposed to Rule 12, 18 & 25 only. The proposed amendments change sizes, cleaning and structural requirements for enclosures housing dogs in breeding facilities and animal shelters, add isolation areas to facilities housing breeding dogs; clarify language with respect to providing water and cleaning and sanitizing food and water containers; and require identification of dogs and enhanced record keeping. |
