| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Sections of these rules related to School Report Cards and Safe Schools have been repealed with the passage of SB 09-163 (the Education Accountability Act of 2009). The statutory basis for the remaining section of these rules is found in ?? 22-2-106(1)(a) and (c), C.R.S., State Board Duties; ? 22-2-107(1)(c), State Board Powers; and ? 22-7-409(1.5), Assessments. |
