This amendment revises paragaph (a) of Section 6.04 of the Colorado Hazardous Waste Regulations (6 CCR 1007-3) to reflect the annual Commission fee to be assessed for fiscal year 2010-2011. Please note that this does not change the amounts of the annual Commission fees but simply changes the rule to reflect the 2010-2011 fiscal year. |
