| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend existing rules and enact new rules to establish the qualifications that are ?substantially equivalent? for respiratory therapy licensure by endorsement pursuant to ? 12-41.5-106(2), C.R.S.; to state the requirements for reinstatement of an expired license by pursuant to ?? 12-41.5-107, and 24-34-102, C.R.S.; to identify the circumstances and conditions a person in training may practice respiratory therapy without a valid and current license on file with the Division of Registrations pursuant to ? 12-41.5-110, C.R.S., to clarify the procedures for reporting convictions and other adverse actions to include judgments and administrative procedures pursuant to ? 12-41.5-109, C.R.S.; and to clarify the requirement of licensees to notify the Director of a change in submitted information pursuant to ? 24-34-107, C.R.S., |
