| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Amendments are being proposed to 8 Colorado Code of Regulations 1507-1 to ensure compliance and consistency with state law and federal regulations. Amendments are being proposed to 8 Colorado Code of Regulations 1507-1 to ensure compliance and consistency with state law and federal regulations. Specifically, these amendments include the removal of Colorado?s previously adopted amendment of Commercial Vehicle Safety Administration Out-of-Service Criteria Part I, Number 6; inclusion of the most recently signed Memorandum of Understanding between CVSA and the Colorado State Patrol through which the standards and procedures established for the inspection of commercial vehicles, otherwise known as the North American Uniform Driver/Vehicle Inspection are adopted; adoption of the most recently promulgated Out-of Service Criteria set forth by the CVSA and the October 2009 Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations as adopted; and the correction of minor grammatical errors. |
