| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Education Accountability Act of 2009 (article 11 of title 22) repealed the section of law, ? 22-7-604, C.R.S., authorizing the Department to assign academic performance ratings to school based on the ?CSAP penalty? and weighted index. The Rules for the Administration of Academic Performance Rating (1 CCR 301-75) are no longer authorized by law and must be repealed. |
