To establish the minimum odds and display of odds for blackjack, to establish procedures for prohibiting persons from bringing certain items to a table game and to establish the procedures for the cancellation and destruction of dice, to establish procedures for the use of match play and table game coupons, to establish playing rules for roulette and procedures for conducting roulette games, and to establish playing rules for craps and procedures for conducting craps games. |
