The proposed rules pertain to the criteria for state support of an international medical graduate?s immigration waiver petition to the United States Department of State. The proposed rules describe physician and practice attributes which make an applicant eligible for a waiver, the process for submitting an application to the Primary Care Office, the fees associated with a support determination of the state, and procedures for selection of candidates. |
