Description of Subjects/Issues |
to incorporate the changes to the definitions contained in the Colorado Revised Statutes that went into effect on August 4, 2008; and to allow for the billing and remittance of 9-1-1 surcharges on services provided through the use of interconnected voice-over-internet-protocol (VoIP) service. The proposed rules also set forth revised procedures to be used by governing bodies when applying to the Commission for approval of a 9-1-1 charge in excess of seventy cents per month. |
