The purpose of these rule amendments is to comply with amendments to the Act set forth in SB 09-127. Amendments are proposed to replace terms; remove recordkeeping requirements; establish license expiration dates and categories; remove obsolete language; add a section to contain the statements of basis, specific statutory authority and pupose; and to make typographical and formatting corrections. |
