The basis for the revision of the following rule is C.R.S. 25-5-704 (1) (a).
The purpose for the revision of Rule 22.3.4 Special inspections is to add the requirement in the rule of who determines when a special inspection is warrant and also clarify the requirements of special inspections for Colorado tramways. |
