| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rule change is to develop and implement state noxious weed management plans for selected List B species; revise existing management plans for selected List B species; identify priority List B species for which the Commissioner intends to develop and implement state noxious weed management plans; and reclassify species on Lists B and C. Other non-substantive typographical or numbering corrections may be made. |
