| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Director of the Division of Registrations finds that immediate adoption of this emergency rule is imperatively necessary to prevent massage therapists from being unable to practice in this state as a result of delays in the registration process due to the volume of applications and additional requirements to become registered thereby avoiding economic hardship to the massage industry in this state. |
