| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The basis for the revision of the following rules is C.R.S. 25-5-704 (1) (a).
Effective January 1, 2009, the Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board revised its Rule 20.2 Issuance of license and Rule 22.4.4 Inspection report in order to allow areas to submit a completed deficiency statement electronically. The Board re-reviewed the revisions and wanted to better clarify on how an area can submit their response letters.
