Purpose/Objective of Rule |
22-69-101 et seq., C.R.S., creates an alternative teacher compensation plan grant program to be administered through the Department of Education and directs that funds be provided for a competitive grant program to school districts that seek to develop alternative teacher compensation plans. The goals of the program include teaching excellence and high student achievement in the participating school districts.
