| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To consider a proposal from the Denver Metropolitan Area?s Regional Air Quality Council, the North Front Range Transportation & Air Quality Planning Council and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Air Pollution Control Division to adopt an ozone action plan for the Denver Metropolitan and North Front Range 8-hour ozone nonattainment area. The ozone action plan proposes to reduce ambient ozone concentrations in the nine county area to meet the requirements of the national ambient air quality standard for ozone averaged over an 8-hour period and to address the directive of |
