| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To revise the regulation by adding Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) Requirements to the rule for the Colorado Springs Utilities Martin Drake units 5, 6 and 7 and the Cemex Lyons Cement plant regarding emission controls for sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, and particulates. This rulemaking activity will also be an update to the State Implementation Plan for Regional haze. |
