The purpose of these rule amendments is to comply with the requirements of the Colorado Commercial Fertilizer, Soil Conditioner and Plant Amendment Act to provide specific guidelines for the manufacture, labeling, and distribution of commercial fertilizers, soil conditioners, plant amendments, and compost. |
