revisions to the PM10 Maintenance Plan for Canon City. This is the second of two 10-year plans that are required by the Clean Air Act. The Ambient Standards rule is proposed to revise the emission budgets for mobile sources and the SIP Specifics regulations are proposed to repeal the contingency measures. |
