| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The basis for the revision of the following rule is C.R.S. 25-5-704 (1) (a).
On April 10, 2008, Governor Ritter signed the sunset bill to extend the Tramway Board until 2019. The sunset report that introduced the bill had a few administrative recommendations that require rule changes.
