| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The statutory basis for these rules is found in 22-2-106(1)(a) and (c), State Board Duties; 22-2-107(1)(c), State Board Powers; and 22-7-604(3)(e)(I) and (II), (C.R.S.). Section 22-7-604(3)(e)(I) and (II), C.R.S., requires the State Board of Education to promulgate rules as necessary for the implementation of paragraph (e) of subsection (3) of 22-7-304, C.R.S., including defining inadvertent errors in the administration of an assessment. |
