| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rule is to clarify the education requirements for licensed mortgage brokers. The purpose is also to ensure the compliance of education standards. The rule will prove to be vital for the enhancement of mortgage broker?s knowledge concerning State and Federal law and business practices. |
