| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rule change is to define adequate supervision; clarify the need for a licensed qualified supervisor, that licensed private applicators may only apply restricted use pesticides for the production of an agricultural commodity, licensing requirements for licencees outside of Colorado, turf and ornamental notification provisions and licensing requirements for any person using a restricted use pesticide and to fix typographical errors. |
