Pursuant to 22-90-101 through 22-90-106, C.R.S., the School Counselor Corps Grant Program requires the State Board of Education to promulgate rules which include, but are not limited to: the timeline for submitting applications to the Department; the form of the grant application and any information in addition to that specified in section 22-90-104 (2), C.R.S. to be included in the application; any criteria for awarding grants in addition to those specified in section 22-90-104 (3), C.R.S.; and any information to be included in the Department?s program report in addition to that required in |
