Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to require all fish in Colorado aquaculture holding and production facilities to be certified as Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia ("VHS")-free in accordance to Colorado Division of Wildlife Chapter 0 Regulations; reduce the aquaculture facility permit fee from $150 to $100; and to correct typographical errors, delete obsolete language, and add a new section to contain Statements of Basis, Specific Statutory Authority and Purpose. |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
