| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the amendment to Rule 4.02.00 is to clarify that examination scores are only considered valid for 24 months from the date of examination.
Rule 23 was promulated to implement the Electronic Prescription Drug Monitoring Program created by statute under Part 7 of the Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacists Act. |
