| Description of Subjects/Issues |
For consideration of revisions to the financial assistance rules as follows: (1) revise the category and prioritization systems in the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Rules, Regulation #51 (5 CCR 1002-51); the State Construction Grant Priority System, Regulation #53 (5 CCR 1002-53); and the Drinking Water Grant Program (5 CCR 1003-8); and (2) adopt and renumber two former Board of Health regulations as Water Quality Control Commission Regulations. |
