? 22-2-130 C.R.S., requires the State Board of Education to promulgate rules specifying the procedures and time frames for applying for a grant, the form of the grant application, the information to be provided by the applicant, and any criteria for awarding grants that are in addition to those specified in ? 22-2-130(6)(b). |
