| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To enable the Division to inspect aquatic equipment entering Division-controlled waters to prevent the spread of aquatic nuisance species. These emergency regulations are similar to emergency regulations recently submitted by the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation. |
