| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To extend emergency rules previously adopted implementing House Bills 07-1065 and 07-1249, until permanent rules are adopted; to set the framework for processing fingerprint-based criminal history record checks, including the setting of compliance deadlines, payment instructions, and form completion instructions; to include specific compliance requirements; and to establish the consequences for the results of the criminal history record checks. |
