| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Regulation 47-302. Changing, Altering, or Modifying Licensed Premises
To amend the existing regulation to clarify the manner in which an on-premises liquor licensee, who otherwise do not qualify for optional premises permits or licenses, may add outdoor seating and alcohol beverage serving areas that are, except for pedestrian-only, publicly-owned thoroughfares, otherwise contiguous with the licensed premises.
