| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Regulation 47-304. Transfer of Ownership.
To amend the title of the regulation to more accurately reflect its scope.
To amend the regulation to clarify the reporting requirements when there is a change within a licensed corporation or limited liability company; and, to allow partnerships and any licensee engaged in a statutory conversion the means and a method for reporting internal changes without filing for a transfer of ownership. These changes are aligned with historical revisions to 7-60-101 and 7-90-201, C.R.S.
